Hi! I am the owner and one of the docs here at Inspire.  Being an Appleton native, I knew this was exactly the place to call “Home” for our Inspire family.  After growing up here, I received my bachelors degree in athletic training at UW-Eau Claire, and then carried on schooling to Northwestern Health Sciences for Chiropractic.  I love providing chiropractic care for the entire family and have focused training, certification, and passion for the prenatal and pediatric population. I enjoy helping families get and stay healthy and try to lead a happy and positive lifestyle.  I am a wife to the most supportive and loving hubby, Andrew (you may hear me call him Goody from time to time) and  Mama to 2 beautiful kiddos, Hailey and Jordan.  When I'm not at the office you can typically find me enjoying the yellow sunshine,  some yummy food & coffee, camping, hiking, traveling, all while spending time with my family and friends.

Hi everyone, I am one of the docs here at Inspire!  I am a native of Iola, WI and now started a family in Kaukauna, WI. I majored in Exercise and Sports Science at University of Wisconsin La Crosse. I have always been curious about how the body works and even more interested in ways to keep it functioning at its absolute best. I attended Northwestern Health Sciences University and earned my doctorate in chiropractic. I currently split my time between two practices: Inspire Family Chiropractic in Appleton and Roots Wholistic Health in Waupaca.

 I grew up with a mother as a chiropractor, and have witnessed the miracles of chiropractic from a young age. After losing my mom to ALS in 2021, I found the best way to remember and honor her is to provide the same care and dedication she showed her patients every day.  During my schooling, I found a passion for prenatal/pediatric/family wellness chiropractic, and have dedicated my time to further educate and certify myself in these realms of chiropractic.  I feel I am answering my calling by guiding kiddos, moms, and families on their wellness journeys.

My wonderful husband, Alex, and I welcomed our firstborn, Carson into the world September 2023, and are excited to continue growing our family in the Fox Valley. You can catch us grabbing coffee at Copper Rock, taking long walks with our dog, and spending time with our families.

I’m known at Inspire as Mama Kathie/or Gamma Kathie.both titles of which I feel I was placed on this earth to be. My role in the office is to care for our patients in the office context and to be the childcare provider for Dr. Abbie’s two children, the youngest of my ten super special, much loved grandchildren. I came to Inspire with Dr. Abbie after thirteen years of experience working in a chiropractic office and love being part of the Inspire team/family.  I have been married to my best friend Gary for forty+ years and mom to the four great children who are parents  to those ten beautiful grandkids! Outside of the office I enjoy spending my time volunteering at our church; watching all kinds of sports, my favorites being whatever the grandkids are playing and the Packers. One  of my favorite past times is playing Mrs. Santa Claus in Christmas Stars; and of course spending time with my amazing family.

Hi there! I'm one of the Chiropractic Assistants here at Inspire. My personal health journey, as well as that of my family, has been completely transformed through chiropractic care. I'm passionate about fostering a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring our patients feel like cherished members of our extended family. I'm dedicated to attentively caring for each individual's needs, bringing a warm and compassionate touch to our practice. Outside of work, I love embracing the great outdoors, finding joy in camping with family and friends, hiking, and running! For me, family is truly the cornerstone of my life.

We are Hailey (4 yrs.); Jordan (2 yrs.); Myles (3 yrs.); and Carson (1 yr.), the Chiro Kids of Inspire Family Chiropractic!  We love coming to the office to  hang out with our moms and gramma, see all our patient friends, and do our jobs to help keep the Inspire office running smoothly.  Our responsibilities include,  greeting our patients (on days when we are not shy!), playing with and passing out treats to our chiro kid friends, cleaning up the play area, assisting at the front desk and with adjusting patients when needed, and just generally being cute and bringing smiles and sunshine to everyone’s day!!!
