Hi! I am the owner and Doctor here at Inspire.  Being an Appleton native, I knew this was exactly the place to call “Home” for our Inspire family.  After growing up here, I received my bachelors degree in athletic training at UW-Eau Claire, and then carried on schooling to Northwestern Health Sciences for Chiropractic.  I love providing chiropractic care for the entire family and have focused training, certification, and passion for the prenatal and pediatric population. I just recently added specialized training in both Dry Needling and Nutritional counseling as well, which has been a huge success with our Inspire Family.  I enjoy helping families get and stay healthy and try to lead a happy and positive lifestyle.  I am a wife to the most supportive and loving hubby, Andrew (you may hear me call him Goody from time to time) and  Mama to 2 beautiful kiddos, Hailey and Jordan. And yes, we have our furry friend at home and office Bella! When I'm not at the office you can typically find me enjoying the yellow sunshine,  some yummy food & coffee, camping, hiking, traveling, all while spending time with my family and friends.

I’m known at Inspire as Mama Kathie/or Gamma Kathie.both titles of which I feel I was placed on this earth to be. My role in the office is to care for our patients in the office context and to be the childcare provider for Dr. Abbie’s two children, the youngest of my ten super special, much loved grandchildren. I came to Inspire with Dr. Abbie after thirteen years of experience working in a chiropractic office and love being part of the Inspire team/family.  I have been married to my best friend Gary for forty+ years and mom to the four great children who are parents  to those ten beautiful grandkids! Outside of the office I enjoy spending my time volunteering at our church; watching all kinds of sports, my favorites being whatever the grandkids are playing and the Packers. One  of my favorite past times is playing Mrs. Santa Claus in Christmas Stars; and of course spending time with my amazing family.

Hi there! I'm one of the Chiropractic Assistants here at Inspire. My personal health journey, as well as that of my family, has been completely transformed through chiropractic care. I'm passionate about fostering a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring our patients feel like cherished members of our extended family. I'm dedicated to attentively caring for each individual's needs, bringing a warm and compassionate touch to our practice. Outside of work, I love embracing the great outdoors, finding joy in camping with family and friends, hiking, and running! For me, family is truly the cornerstone of my life.

We are Hailey (5 yrs.); Jordan (3 yrs.); Myles (4 yrs.); the Chiro Kids of Inspire Family Chiropractic!  We love coming to the office to  hang out with our moms and gramma, see all our patient friends, and do our jobs to help keep the Inspire office running smoothly.  Our responsibilities include,  greeting our patients (on days when we are not shy!), playing with and passing out treats to our chiro kid friends, cleaning up the play area, assisting at the front desk and with adjusting patients when needed, and just generally being cute and bringing smiles and sunshine to everyone’s day!!!    

We also have recently welcomed our new Office Puppy- Bella into the family mix here at the office- she brings smiles and laughs as she greets and enjoys meeting you all :)
